To facilitate learning, Perks.com offers an on-demand feature, Learn and Earn which presents training content coupled the an immediate multiple choice quiz to gauge the effectiveness of training. The quizzes can be offered with rewards for each question answered correctly, for certain percentage of correctly answered questions, or no rewards, but can be offered as a qualifier for participation in other campaigns such as sales contests.
